I want to cancel my private tuition. |

All cancellations must be made directly to the school.
Cancellations should be made to the school
during office hours from 9:00a.m. to 9:00p.m. on weekdays and from 9:00a.m. to 8:00p.m. on Saturdays.
You will need to give at least 24 hours notice (Sundays and Public Holidays excluded) if you wish to
cancel a lesson at no charge. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson, you will be
charged the full fee.
For example, lessons held at 11:00a.m. on Monday must be cancelled on or before 11:00a.m. on the
previous Saturday. |

I would like to reschedule my lesson. |

You will need to give at least 24 hours notice (Sundays and Public Holidays excluded) if you wish to
reschedule a lesson at no charge. For rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the lesson, you will
be charged the full fee.
Rescheduling of lessons must be made through the Student Consultants.
The school will not take any responsibility for such rescheduling unless such rescheduling is made through
our Student Consultants.

I want to suspend my lessons. |

Lessons may be suspended for a maximum period of three months. After this period your contract will be
cancelled without refund. Please note that the school will not guarantee that the same teacher and the same
lesson time will be available if lessons are suspended. |
