He joined Sony Enterprises in 1972 and established the Sony Language Laboratory. In addition, he developed and operated the training for overseas representatives of Sony. He also launched a joint venture in the USA and after his time with Sony, he established I-VISON in 1996. He provides staff training throughout Japan and Asia and all over the world.
