Pasona Group wants your help! If you want to work part-time in Japan on a Working Holiday Visa and want to secure a job before you even leave Hong Kong, come work in our facilities on Awaji!

Every summer at our facilities, we wish we had more help, especially those from overseas who can be a part of the International Hub we are building in Awaji. This coming summer, please join us in creating the best experience for our guests at the various facilities across Awaji. In turn, we offer a flexible part-time schedule for you to travel around and experience Japan!

Procedures
1. Apply and obtain the Working Holiday Visa at the Consulate-General of Japan in Hong Kong. (Learn more here)
2. Contact Pasona Education with your areas of interest and Japanese level.
3. Pasona Education will introduce you to Pasona Group and send over your information.
4. Attend an online job interview for the position you are interested in.
5. Travel to Japan at the end of June and settle into your accommodation.
6. Start working at a Pasona facility from July 1st and gain work experience in Japan.
7. Travel to different parts of Japan on your days off!

2. 告訴Pasona Education關於您感興趣的工作領域和日語水平,
3. Pasona Education將您推薦給Pasona Group並將您的資料送過去。
4. 參加您感興趣職位的網上面試。
5. 6月底前往日本,入住住宿地方。
6. 由7月1日開始在Pasona設施工作,並開始累積日本工作經驗。
7. 利用休息日前往日本各地旅遊!

April Round: *Start work in July!
Application period: (Mon) 17 April – (Fri) 28 April
Results announced: (Fri) 2 June
Visa issue period: (Thu) 2 June – (Fri) 10 June

Japanese Level Requirement
We accept applications of Japanese N1~N5 holders, and will recommend facilities and positions accordingly.
N1: Customer service at hotels and fine dining restaurants (i.e., Auberge)
N2~3: Customer service at amusement parks or server at cafes and casual restaurants
N4~5: Non-customer-facing tasks at restaurants, typically working in the back

日語水平要求
我們接受已通過日本語能力試N1至N5之人士申請,並按此水平推薦以下設施內的職位。
N1:酒店和高級餐廳(例如Auberge)的服務員
N2~3:主題樂園或咖啡室和一般餐廳的服務員

Hours, Wage and Subsidy

Hours
During busy season (i.e., Golden Week, Summer Break, Silver Week)
– Staff will be on shift Mon-Sun and work 8 hours a day, with 1 hour additional break time.
During low season
– Staff will be on shift usually on the weekend and work 6 hours a day, with 1 hour additional break time.
– Staff can request a certain schedule from Pasona Group

Hourly Wage
1,200yen

Subsidy
Transportation subsidy: Max. 45,000yen / month; commute route decided by the company

Accommodation
Accommodation will be arranged by yourself. We can recommend some guest houses and dormitories located in Kobe, Akashi and Tarumi.

Other Terms
– Contract term can be shorter than 1 month
– Contracts can be renewed every 3 months

工時

– 員工在週一至週日輪班,每天工作8小時,額外休息1小時。
淡季期間
– 員工通常需在周末輪班,每天工作6小時,額外休息1小時。
– 員工可以向 Pasona Group要求安排特定的工作時間

每小時工資
1,200日圓

補貼
交通補貼:每月最多45,000日圓,通勤路線由公司決定

住宿
請自行安排住宿,我們可以推薦一些位於神戶、明石和垂水的旅館和宿舍。

– 聘約期可少於1個月
– 聘約每3個月更新一次
