Have you heard of Shorinji Kempo? You may immediately associate it with Chinese kung fu, but in fact, it is a martial art from Japan. Founded in 1947 by Doshin So in Kagawa Prefecture, Shorinji Kempo combines martial training with spiritual cultivation, aiming to cultivate confidence, courage, vigor, and compassion.

This event is organized by Pasona Education in collaboration with Hong Kong Shorinji Kempo Association. A Japanese instructor from Hong Kong Shorinji Kempo Association will deliver insightful explanations, accompanied by demonstrations, to guide participants in understanding the culture and spirit of Shorinji Kempo.

During the event, participants will:
★ Understand the history and philosophy of Shorinji Kempo, gaining new inspiration.
★ Discover its six characteristics and appreciate the emphasis on balance, respect, and cooperation.
★ Learn about dojo etiquette and experience the spirit of Japanese martial arts
